Terms & Conditions
Invoicing
- Our time as well as yours time is precious, hence an initial payment of ₹ 5000/- to be paid to enter into a contract with us. This amount will be used towards the payment for the jewellery you'll be buying.
- If designs are made then 3% of the overall jewellery cost will be charged as design fees. In this you will get a 3D rendered view of the designed jewellery.
- After you are satisfied with the design and quote the 50% advance payment needs to be completed to block the gold and diamond price and initiate the manufacturing.
- All payments will include a GST of 3% on jewellery and 1.25% on solitaire diamonds.
- Full payment to be completed before delivery of product.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and the advance payment will not be refunded.
- We hereby certify that our registration certificate under the Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this tax invoice is made by me/us and that the transaction of sale covered by this tax invoice has been effected by me/us and it shall be accounted for in the turnover of sales while filing of return and the due tax, if any, payable on the sale has been paid or shall be paid.
- Items in the invoice are not for resale.
- Subject to Margao Jurisdiction.
- We declare that this invoice shows the actual price of the goods described and that all particular are true and correct.
- The consumer can get the purity of hallmarked jewellery / artefacts verified from any of the BIS recognised A&H centres. The list of centres is available on www.bis.gov.in.
- Hallmarking charges are Rs. 45/- plus GST per piece.
Custom Orders
- We can customise your Jewellery, as per your choice of price, metal, and gemstone.
- For a specific model, please send us a clear picture at www.lovediamondsbykarina.com in the section custom designing, and we will do our best to give you the same product at the best price. You can also send us a message or email us with your specific requirements.
- During the customization process we are completely in sync with your requirement hence kindly look at every detail before approval. Once products are ready there will be no exchange or return of products.
- You really can't rush a work of art and our skilled artisans put their heart and soul into creating your customized jewellery. It usually takes 15 to 30 days for custom jewellery creation, the exact time frame for creation of your jewellery will be communicated with you on finalization of design. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding;
Cancellation Policy
In case of any dissonance, we have the right to cancel any of the orders. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled wholly or partially or if in case any extra data is required to accept your order. Once you place the order, it can be cancelled within 24hours. We make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Exchange Policy
Love Diamonds by Karina offers an exchange policy for all purchases made from the company. Customers can exchange their used or old jewelry for a new piece that is trending. To be eligible for an exchange, customers MUST provide the original invoice copy and product certificate.
Before accepting the old jewelry for exchange, Love Diamonds by Karina will examine it for weight, authenticity, and any damage or defects such as cracks or alterations. The processing time for an exchange is 7 to 15 days.
The value of the old jewelry will be evaluated based on prevailing market prices.
- For gold :- Customers will receive 95% of the value based on the net weight of the metal.
- For gemstones or diamonds:- Customers will receive 90% of the value based on the prevailing stone value of the same grade.
- For solitaire diamonds :- Love Diamonds by Karina will list the diamond on their portal free of charge, where customers can set the price and find a buyer.
- Making charges, courier charges, hallmarking, and certification will be deducted from the old jewelry, and the price difference for the new jewelry will be charged extra based on actuals.
Custom-made and personalized orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Love Diamonds by Karina reserves the right to reject any exchange without a certificate or invoice or for non-Love Diamonds by Karina products.
Return Policy
- In the unlikely event that any product that you have ordered from Love Diamonds by Karina is not received in good condition or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered please call us immediately at the time of delivery. You may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, certificates (if any) & any other product or gift it may be accompanied with, for a refund or exchange.
- Contact us (details mentioned below) within 24hrs of order placement/ receiving the product.
- We will arrange for a pickup of the product. Please ensure that the product is intact (not tampered with / soiled or used) and the original invoice and certification is there with the product. Products that are damaged or soiled or used may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Please immediately inform us in the event of any products delivered without tags.
- Once the product is received by us, we will revert back upon inspection. The product can be returned for Love Diamonds by Karina credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions herein. Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
- We do not accept return of customised products, customised jewellery orders, products with personal engravings or products with any alteration requested or done by the customer.
- All heavy Indian necklace sets/ earrings, made on order, are also not eligible for return/exchange.
- We do not accept returns for jewellery shipped to outside India.
Shipping Policy
- FREE shipping on all orders placed from all over India. Delivery time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
- For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- Shipping time varies from 7-15 days from the date of order for ready products. The estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page is mentioned.
- Custom orders and heavy Indian necklace sets take upto 4 weeks for production.
- Express Shipping available at an additional cost of 500 INR. Please contact us to avail of this facility.
- Love Diamonds by Karina is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in delivery due to adverse weather conditions, lockdowns or national/regional festivals or holidays. We however try our best to deliver within the promised time.
- We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including DHL, Blue Dart, Delhivery and local regional couriers for remote pin-codes or overnight deliveries.
- At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
- International shipping charges $50.
- Kindly check with your local authority for the customs duty imposed on the product that you are purchasing. Any customs duty or entry tax levied by your local government needs to be paid by you. In the US, import up to $500 is duty-free.
