PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. The Company states that the images available on the website are only indicative. This Website offers Natural and Lab-Grown diamond jewelry for personal consumption, inclusive of, customized and readymade jewelry. The Website also offers to sell loose lab-grown diamonds for investment.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.
INVOICING
All payments will include a GST of 3% on jewelry and 1.25% on solitaire diamonds only. Full payment must be completed before the product is delivered. In cases where the gold weight exceeds the stated price, payment must be made before dispatch.
Items listed in the invoice are not intended for resale. The jurisdiction for any matters related to this invoice is subject to Margao. We affirm that this invoice accurately reflects the actual price of the described goods, and all details are true and correct.
Consumers have the option to verify the purity of hallmarked jewelry/artifacts at any BIS-recognized A&H center. The list of these centers is available on www.bis.gov.com.
PRICING
Our metal and diamond prices are updated weekly, which may result in changes to product pricing. Taxes and delivery costs are clearly displayed and will be included in your final invoice at the end of the order process.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time; any changes will be indicated to you at the time your order is placed. For clarification and detail costing regarding any product, please feel free to contact us with your inquiries.
In the event that an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected at the time of order completion (due to human or technical error), your order will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded, even if it was initially validated.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We provide the option for personalized jewelry customization based on your preferences for price, metal, and gemstone. To customize a specific model, kindly share a clear picture on www.lovediamondsbykarina.com/custom-design through the custom designing section. Alternatively, you can communicate your specific requirements through messages or emails.
During the customization process, we collaborate closely with you to align with your preferences. It is important to thoroughly review every detail before providing approval, as once the customized products are ready, no exchanges or returns will be accommodated.
Creating a unique piece of art requires time, and our skilled artisans invest their dedication in crafting your customized jewelry. Typically, the creation process spans 15 to 30 days. The precise timeframe for your jewelry's creation will be communicated upon the finalization of the design. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding throughout this process.

SHIPPING POLICY
We extends FREE shipping on all orders in INDIA.
We make all of our jewellery on order; time from order to delivery is normally 21 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
Made to order and Custom orders require up to 3 to 4 weeks for production and delivery.
Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost of INR 1000; kindly reach out to us to avail this option.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays due to adverse weather, lockdowns, or national/regional festivities. Despite challenges, we strive to fulfil orders within the committed timeframe.
Our deliveries are entrusted to reliable courier services, including BVC, Sequel, and DHL. While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, external factors may occasionally cause delays. If your order surpasses the estimated delivery time by 2 weeks, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed.
For international shipments, shipping charges will vary. We will update you with the charges. Please consult your local authorities for customs duty details on your purchased product. Any customs duty or entry tax imposed by your government is your responsibility. In the US, imports up to $500 are duty-free.
Every package is delivered in a durable packing, with Love Diamonds by Karina (LDK) printed on the package. It is accompanied with relevant certificates and invoice for payment made.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a communication from LDK informing you of your shipment details. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting our logistics partner's web site and following the instructions using your tracking number.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Customer can cancel the order placed on the website through email or by calling our customer support numbers mentioned below within 24 hours of placing the order. The cancelled order shall be acknowledged and confirmed to the customer through email or call, only after that, it will be confirmed as “Cancelled order”. We make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
In case of any dissonance, we have the right to cancel any of the orders. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled wholly or partially or if in case any extra data is required to accept your order.
YEARLY MAINTENANCE
We are focused towards keeping our customers at ease by offering them a Yearly Maintenance for their jewelry.To keep your jewelry young and cheerful we provide complimentary cleaning and inspection once a year.
Our Yearly Maintenance facility will be no longer valid if any third party jeweller has done any work on the jewelry.
LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY
The Company offers a LIFE-TIME EXCHANGE POLICY for the products sold only in India subject to review by our Quality Assurance Department of the Company for the product free from any sort of damage/ wear/alteration/re-size etc. The decision by the Quality Assurance Department of the Company shall be Final and binding for any sort of Life-Time.
We offers an exchange policy only for products upto INR 1,00,000/- Customers can exchange their used or old jewelry for a new piece that is trending. To be eligible for an exchange, customers MUST provide For any sort of Life-Time Exchange we shall require the following:
Original Product.
Original/Copy of Invoice.
Product Certificate .
Valid Government. Id Proof of the person making the Exchange Request.
To initiate an exchange, customers are required to email us the invoice and certification and product picture. Upon receipt, we will arrange for a pickup, and the courier charges for the return must be covered by the customer. The Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small box or a padded envelope.
Before accepting the old jewelry, we will conduct a thorough examination, considering factors such as weight, authenticity, and the presence of any damage or defects like cracks or alterations. The exchange process typically takes 7 to 15 working days.
On accepting the goods for exchange, the Company shall provide the exchanged goods of the same value as the good being exchanged. No money will be refunded.
The Good(s) being exchanged should be accompanied with the original certificate; original invoice provided by the Retailer or the Company along with the Warranty Card. The Company does not cover any consequential loss or damage of jewellery or precious stone in studded jewellery.
Life-Time Exchange shall not be applicable to order pertaining to products sold outside India.
The exchange shall be subject to the quality check that shall be carried out for the Goods being exchanged by the Company.
Additional Logistic fee of Rs1500/- shall be deducted while determining the exchange Value.
New order shall be Shipped in Exchange within 21 days after receiving the Original Product.
The terms and conditions for the Lifetime Exchange scheme are as follows:
1.For gold :- Customers will receive 100% of the value, based on the net weight of the metal as per current market price.
2.For Natural diamonds Jewellery:- Customers will receive 90% of the value based on the current market value of the same grade.
3. For Lab Grown Diamonds Jewellery :- Customer can get a rate of 50% of lab grown diamond price as per the current market Value
4. For solitaire diamonds/ loose diamonds / Loose Gemstones :- Love Diamonds by Karina will list the diamond on their portal free of charge
5. Making charges, Courier charges, hallmarking, certifications will be deducted from the old jewelry, and the price difference for the new jewelry will be charged extra based on actual.
Pearl, gemstones, Loose Diamonds and Solitaire diamonds are NOT INCLUDED FOR EXCHANGE POLICY
Lifetime Exchange Policy at this point is offered on orders within India only
Custom-made and personalized orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Love Diamonds by Karina reserves the right to reject any exchange without a certificate or invoice or for non-Love Diamonds by Karina products or any tampered or damaged product.
RETURN POLICY
We at Love Diamonds by Karina believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it.
7- day Return and Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ordered item you may inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Product once returned under the 7-Days Return Policy (Date of Shipping Invoice) will be refunded 100 % of the value in your payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking)
In order to be eligible for the return, the product should be accompanied by:
Original packaging in sellable condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration.
Certificate (If Any)
Invoice Copy of the Product
Warranty Card
The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
Exclusions from policy:
Solitaries/ Gemstones / Loose Diamonds cannot be returned once the order is confirmed and processed by LDK
REGISTERING A RETURN
a. If you are not satisfied with our product/delivery of wrong product/delivery of product with wrong size you could return it within 7 days of receipt of the product by calling us on our Customer Support Number or emailing us with following details for assistance.
i. Invoice Date
ii. Payment Details
iii. Invoice Number
b. The return can be made for a refund of the full invoice value. In case of return of a product delivered internationally export and import duty shall be borne by the buyer.
c. The invoice value of the item being returned should not exceed Rs. 50,000/-. No refund or return will be allowed in case if the value of the product is more than 50,000.
d. Once your returned item is received by us, a Quality Assurance check shall be conducted on the item to check for signs of wear/ alteration or resetting. The product should be accompanied with the labels, relevant certificates and original invoice for all returns/ refund claims. We accept returns for deliveries outside India; however the shipping cost and other related cost such as Taxes and/or Duties if any for such return will need to be borne by the Buyer in all circumstances.
PACKAGING FOR RETURN
a. Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, stickers, papers and original Invoice.
b. Upon receipt of your return request calls on our Customer Service and/or a mail on our mail id; We shall immediately courier a packing box for securely packing the product. The packing of the product should only be done in the packing box provided by or on behalf of us and should be kept ready for our courier service agent to collect it. It may be noted the packing box once packed and sealed by you should not be tampered. Once your package is ready, call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.
d. At the time of receipt of your return request call and /or mail our team shall provide you with unique return request number which can be used to track updates on your return request by calling us on our customer service number.
e. You can expect a refund within 15 working days of our receiving your returned product at our doorstep. Refund will be credited to the same account which was used for original purchase.
f. We shall not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED/ EXCHANGE ITEMS
Free shipping is available for return of item within the 7 day return and refund policy.
Provided however that if the return is due to the fault of the buyer (example: buyer did not like it, change of mind, wrong size selection etc.), buyer will bear all the shipping and other related costs associated with such exchange. The original shipping cost and shipping cost related to return in such a case will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
TIME AND PAYMENT OF REFUND
Within 15 days, after receipt of the returned product or after the receipt of request for refund by the Buyer in case of non-availability of the product.
Following Points shall be considered at the time of making payment of refund:
In case the buyer cannot produce the original product certificate and copy/ original of invoice for all return/ refund, the amount for refund will be determined by LDK at its discretion when the product is received back.
We reserves the right to change the price of the return/ refund subject to the condition of the returned item.
In case, any discount or promo codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the discount or promo codes. Such discount or promo codes used once cannot be reused.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Any required changes and clarifications will be updated with immediate effect on our website. If we make material changes to this policy, customers are requested to frequently browse through our policy to be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
